PLEASE NOTE: This policy is only valid for online purchases via kojihome.com.my. The website kojihome.com is owned and operated by KOJI LIFESTYLE MARKETING (202103316785). Throughout the site, the terms “KOJI” refer to the Company KOJI LIFESTYLE MARKETING (202103316785).
- KOJI is pleased to offer FREE DELIVERY on:
- All orders over RM100.00 within West Malaysia Only for all online purchase.
- All orders over RM240.00 within East Malaysia Only for all online purchase.
- All other orders will incur a flat rate of RM6.50 per delivery.
- We do not offer shipping to any international countries.
- All orders should include a daytime delivery address and contact details.
IMPORTANT: All payments from this online store will appear on your credit card statement as KOJI LIFESTYLE MARKETING
DELIVERY DETAILS
- All delivery times are indications only (as provided by service provider)
- Indication of time will take place once goods are packed and dispatched from KOJI.
- Delays in shipment may occur when a specific product is out of stock. You will be advised via email of any substantial delay.
- In the event of your ordered items are in- stock and some are being substantially delayed, we will contact you with the option to split your shipment. Additional freight charges may apply.
- Delivery dates, times and duration are entirely subject to availability and scheduling by our third-party shipping provider.
- The delivery times mentioned are an indicative time for delivery from when your orders are being shipped from KOJI.
- Once your order has been dispatched from KOJI, we are unable to change the delivery address or redirect it to another address.
Return Policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
- Products purchased on KOJI can be returned/ exchange within seven (7) days of delivery in accordance with the below:

- Received a defective product
- Received a wrong product
- You are not eligible for a return/ exchange if you have ordered the wrong size/type or change of mind.
HOW TO RETURN/ EXCHANGE
- Email us at help@kojihome.com or contact our WhatsApp hotline +60126839612 with the following information: –
- Order Number
- Reason for Return
- Picture of product
- We will respond within five (5) business days with confirmation whether the products were bought from us and can be accepted for return.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
- We reserve the right to reject your return/ exchange if we have shipped correct and flawless product.
- Once the product has been received and assessed to meet the criteria of our returns policy, we will process the exchange or refund.
- If exchange is initiated, purchased goods will be send out within 1-2 business days after we received the returned parcel.
RETURNS POLICY
- Products purchased on kojihome.com can only be returned/ exchange within seven (7) days.
- The original packaging (including instruction card, product tag) must be returned with the original products. All goods returned must be unwashed, unused, unopened (unless it is defected) and in the same condition as we delivered to you.
- Free gift must be sent back with your order. If the free gift is not returned, the product value will be deducted from the overall refund due.
- KOJI will be responsible for the return and exchange shipping costs.
- Should a product returned to KOJI is defected, but is found to be in working order, you will be charged for the cost of freight on our discretion.
- KOJI will charge a reasonable fee should you return any goods for credit or exchange, which have been damaged while in your care.
- Credits / Refunds are included the cost of the goods and freight charges.
- Any disputes shall be judged under the laws of the Malaysia.
- Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for refunds to be processed, depending on the payment method and the bank.
